is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with specialized training in Cosmetic , Medical, and Surgical Dermatology. Dr. Angra provides high-quality care to Silver Spring, Maryland, and Reston, Virginia, residents at Sapphire Dermatology.
Dr. Angra grew up locally in Maryland. He attended the University of Chicago for his undergraduate studies, followed by Howard University for his medical degree and residency training in dermatology. After residency, Dr. Angra completed the distinguished American Society of Dermatologic Surgery Fellowship program at Cosmetic Laser Dermatology in San Diego, California. After fellowship, he spent two years in San Diego practicing medical and cosmetic dermatology. He ultimately returned to the DC area to be closer to family. As a cosmetic dermatologist, Dr. Angra specializes in injectable products such as wrinkle relaxers and injectable fillers, non-invasive body contouring, skin tightening, and laser rejuvenation.
He particularly enjoys treating the neck and jawline, as well as layering a multitude of technology and techniques for enhancement. He has authored a multitude of scientific publications and textbook chapters. Dr. Angra utilizes a unique, individualized approach to helping patients achieve their cosmetic goals to be the best versions of themselves. Outside of work, Dr. Angra enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. He currently lives in Tysons Corner with his wife.

A board-certified dermatologist and Maryland native, Dr. Angra received her medical degree (MD) from the George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences. She completed her dermatology training at Howard University Hospital.
She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from George Washington University as part of the seven-year BA and MD program. Dr. Angra enjoys practicing a combination of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She is particularly interested in acne, rosacea, melasma, psoriasis, skin cancer detection, and cosmetic dermatology. She is certified in various procedures, including Botox®, Dysport®, fillers, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP).
Dr. Angra is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and has published several peer-reviewed articles. She is passionate about educating her patients about their skin and providing holistic care. During her free time, Dr. Angra enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, cooking, trying new restaurants, dancing, and doing yoga.
